There are several ways to support Doing Art Together, whether it’s through a general donation, or by donating to a specific cause or program. We have listed a few specific opportunities below for your consideration. As you are making your donation, please specify which program or cause you would like to have your donation applied to.

  • If you are interested in making a donation in memoriam to Mr. Sullivan, Father of Board Member Veronica Sullivan, please choose one of the donation options above and Doing Art Together will notify the family of your kind gesture.
  • In 2014, DAT lost two beloved individuals who left behind a rich legacy with their life-long commitment of bringing joy and inspiration to others. Through their natural ability to relate to people from all over the World, they unified the room in laughter and they will never be forgotten. We recognize our Founder, Muriel Silberstein-Storfer, and our Former Treasurer, James Heller, for their passion, vision, courage and unique way of making everyone feel that no challenge was too big to conquer, and that everyone has an artist within waiting to be discovered.

It is in their honor that Doing Art Together is proud to announce the creation of two new scholarships that will allow us to implement programs for those in the NYC community who might not otherwise have an opportunity to experience Visual Arts. We are able to award these scholarships based on the gracious donations made in memory of their vibrant legacy.

The Muriel Silberstein-Storfer Community Arts Scholarship
Awarded to under-resourced schools in need of Visual Arts programming
The James Heller Social Arts Initiative
Awarded to programs where students are using STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) innovations to better their community
